Terms and Conditions
1. The Pink Sugar Mouse is a family run business comitted to bringing choice and diversity to the chocolate, confectionary and gift market. Please contact us if you are not entirely happy with our service or products provided; we will do all we can to rectify your problem. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 24 hours.
2. All our products may contain nut traces.
3. Payments are taken at the time of order, we do not at any time have access to your bank or card details. All payments are processed through the Protx secure payments system to ensure the highest standards of security for our customers.
4. We will acknowledge receipt of your order, but will then check the content, if there are any problems we will e-mail you within 5 working days.
5. If we are unable to despatch your order due to stock shortages within 7 working days we will e-mail you to offer suitable substitutes of an equal or higher value.
6. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage in transit to perishable products due to heat or atmospheric conditions beyond our control.
7. You may cancel orders at any time within 8 days of receipt without reason,we will refund the full purchase price less postage and packing charges. This is conditional on the return of goods to us in their original packaging and in good condition within 14 days of the cancellation. Returning items under this guarantee is the responsibility of the purchaser, as such we do not accept responsibility for return postage costs or items lost or damaged in transit to us or in any other circumstances beyond our control. Except at our discretion.
8. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Data Protection:
We store and process customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the Data Protection Act. We will only use customer information to simplify regular log in to our site and from time to time we may contact you when we make changes to our services or products.
You are entitled to receive information and to amend, block and delete your stored data.
